At this time, due to the upfront customization costs, we are requiring Partners pay for the three-year license up front. However, after the first three years, you can renew your benefit in one-year increments!

We wish! While we try to keep our costs as low as possible while giving you the most benefit for those costs, it is difficult to predict what agencies will want to produce. So, to still give you a great benefit, we have partnered with some incredible printers to offer you discounted, high quality printing and production. No headaches of searching for the perfect vendor with the flexibility of using your already established partners if you have them!

Absolutely! We'd love for you to be able to expand your victim awareness reach in your community when you're ready. Certain restrictions do apply depending on when you want to upgrade. Check out the license agreement for specific details.

No! The PurpleOne National Office will take care of screening and monitoring Safe Places, with your assistance. When a Safe Place applies in your area, we will ask for your feedback in case there's a situation with a business that may not be appropriate to serve as a Safe Place. However, our Safe Place requirements apply to every Safe Place.
